Service agreements

All photography and drone services are provided under written agreement between South Texas Photography and the client. Real estate photography services include standard property documentation, aerial drone shots, and Matterport 3D virtual tours where specified. Commercial and industrial drone services encompass thermal imaging for roofing and solar inspections, construction progress documentation, utilities infrastructure assessment, and specialized operations support.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate property information and ensure they have legal authority to authorize photography or drone services on the specified location. Property owners or authorized representatives must grant permission for all work performed. Clients are responsible for disclosing any hazards, restricted airspace, or special conditions that may affect service delivery. South Texas Photography cannot proceed with services if proper authorization is not obtained.

Liability and limitations

South Texas Photography provides services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or client-requested changes. Thermal imaging and drone services are subject to atmospheric conditions and equipment limitations. Virtual tour quality depends on property lighting and accessibility. Clients assume responsibility for how images and footage are used after delivery.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Deposits may be required to secure booking dates. Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days forfeit the deposit. No-shows without prior notice forfeit all payments.

Intellectual property

South Texas Photography retains ownership of all raw files, editing techniques, and creative work product. Clients receive a license to use delivered images and videos for the purposes specified in their service agreement. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or use images for commercial purposes beyond their original intent without written permission. Watermarked or preview images cannot be used publicly.

Privacy and data

Information collected through our website and booking process is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share client data with third parties without consent. Drone operations comply with FAA regulations and local privacy laws. Footage captured during services may include neighboring properties; clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.

Website use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Unauthorized access to our systems is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms. All content on our website, including photographs and descriptions, is protected by copyright.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from service agreements or website use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Corpus Christi, Texas. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
